The Swimming Pool
The 8x4m pool (depth 1.2 - 2.1m) is heated and is surrounded by a ‘decking style’ patio equipped with
sun loungers for 10 people. There is a separate open dining area adjacent to the BBQ and kitchen. Further seating is

large lower patio near the games room. The 1st floor terrace has a staircase
down to the pool area which has a safety gate at the top of the veranda.
