The Games Room is located in the basement of the house & has a full size Table Tennis table, seating area with bar stools and french doors opening onto patio with table and chairs outside. There is a Playstation and selection of games, DVD, stereo with i-pod docking station and a selection of toys and board games.

 

The 8x4m pool (depth 1.2 - 2.1m) is heated and is surrounded by a ‘decking style’ patio equipped with sun loungers for 10 people.  There is a separate open dining area adjacent to the BBQ and kitchen.  Further seating is located on the large lower patio near the games room. The 1st floor terrace has a staircase down to the pool area which has a safety gate at the top of the veranda.
